Sin embargo, esta resoluci\u00f3n de la SCJN garantiza el derecho a no penalizar el aborto a nivel nacional y obliga a los tribunales y jueces locales a seguir esta decisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como resultado de esta decisi\u00f3n, las instituciones federales de salud en todo el pa\u00eds deber\u00e1n brindar servicios de aborto a las mujeres y personas con capacidad de gestar que lo soliciten, seg\u00fan destac\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n GIRE en un comunicado. Por otro lado, grupos opositores al aborto hab\u00edan exigido un pronunciamiento contrario por parte de la SCJN, argumentando la protecci\u00f3n del ser humano en gestaci\u00f3n y la mujer embarazada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de esta resoluci\u00f3n, el Congreso federal deber\u00e1 realizar ajustes en el marco normativo para reflejar este cambio en la legislaci\u00f3n.
