viaducto elevado, un a\u00f1ejo proyecto que tras su conclusi\u00f3n conectar\u00e1 la carretera del aeropuerto con Playas de Tijuana,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante los trabajos que se realizan, la comunidad en parte, relaciona este hecho con las largas filas que se siguen registrando para ingresar a Tijuana desde San Diego por el cruce fronterizo de El Chaparral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por esta situaci\u00f3n, Arturo Espinoza, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Desarrollo Urbano y Reordenaci\u00f3n Territorial (SIDURT), declar\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento debe de terminar de reparar el puente que conecta a la Zona R\u00edo con la v\u00eda r\u00e1pida, para que el flujo de veh\u00edculos se mantenga constante en su salida hacia Tijuana, pues es este el principal motivo del embotellamiento en la salida de San Diego hacia Tijuana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, inform\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n del viaducto si podr\u00eda llegar a causar afectaciones en el ingreso hacia Estados Unidos ya que ser\u00e1 en la garita de San Ysidro donde colocar\u00e1n las estructuras que sostendr\u00e1n el tan promocionado viaducto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La obra tiene como fecha estimada de culminaci\u00f3n para el mes de septiembre del
