{"id":45503,"date":"2024-02-07T16:20:14","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T00:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ksdy50.com\/staging\/?p=45503"},"modified":"2024-02-07T16:20:14","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T00:20:14","slug":"aprueban-iniciativa-para-prohibir-que-animales-sean-usados-como-medio-de-transporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ksdy50.com\/staging\/aprueban-iniciativa-para-prohibir-que-animales-sean-usados-como-medio-de-transporte\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban iniciativa para prohibir que animales sean usados como medio de transporte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baja California | Fue aprobada una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Movilidad Sustentable y de Protecci\u00f3n para los Animales, donde se estableci\u00f3 que en la modalidad de transporte tur\u00edstico no se puedan utilizar\u00a0 animales para tracci\u00f3n, propulsi\u00f3n o arrastre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo anterior, lo manifest\u00f3 el diputado Juan Manuel Molina Garc\u00eda quien indic\u00f3 que el origen de la iniciativa fue por la utilizaci\u00f3n de caballos para tirar de las llamadas calandrias,\u00a0 los cuales dijo, estaban mal cuidados y mal alimentados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed mismo, indic\u00f3 que se establecieron algunos otros temas respecto a que los due\u00f1os deben de tener su registro, cuidado y revisiones m\u00e9dicas de los animales con el fin de que estas personas puedan transitar a otra forma de actividad de transporte tur\u00edstico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, expres\u00f3 que lo reformado ser\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n para establecer obligaciones para los propietarios de animales de monta o labranza, tendientes a evitar abuso o maltrato para los animales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reforma fue aprobada con 7 votos a favor, cero en contra y ninguna abstenci\u00f3n, en la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n Legislaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales del Congreso del estado de Baja California.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baja California | Fue aprobada una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Movilidad Sustentable y de Protecci\u00f3n para los Animales, donde se estableci\u00f3 que en la modalidad de transporte tur\u00edstico no se puedan utilizar\u00a0 animales para tracci\u00f3n, propulsi\u00f3n o arrastre.
